It is an exciting experience to build a custom home. It can also become overwhelming when you think about the number of selections that must be made to complete it! Our goal is to make this experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. For this reason, we’ve established a full design center with every fixture and finish possible. The only things we’ll need to go offsite to select are countertops and lighting. Everything else is on display for you to choose from in our design center and our interior design team is available to guide you through each selection so that you get the end result you want.
We partner with a wide range of suppliers to provide as many options as possible when you’re making selections for your custom home. All of the suppliers we work with are well-known in the industry and carry the most current products and selections at the highest quality.
With the most extensive design center in Chattanooga at your disposal, you’ll be able to envision your custom home. You’ll meet with one of our designers to discuss what you want to accomplish and determine next steps.
