We operate as a general contractor with in-house architectural and interior design teams, construction managers, and full-time subcontractors and suppliers who we’ve partnered with through a highly selective process. Our superintendent staff has over 20 years of experience managing home building from start to finish. All of our subcontractors are interviewed, reference checked, and fully insured. Most of our subcontractors have been with us for over 10 years. Our suppliers are among the top names in the industry and carry the most current products and selections.
Since 1994, we have maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of Chattanooga, developed strong relationships with the Home Builders Association of Tennessee and the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga, and received awards from Houzz and Chattanooga’s Best of the Best.
